Easy Returns & Refunds

1. RETURNS

We will accept returns of our textbooks if they are:

• Unused
• Do not have any obvious marks, tears, or other damage reducing their resale value
• Meet our calendar guidelines for returns (below)

2. CALENDAR GUIDELINES

All textbooks or reference guides will be accepted for return according to these windows of time (and in accordance with #1 above)

• Within 30 days of shipping – Full Refund
• 31 – 90 days of shipping – 75% of price paid
• 91 – 120 days of shipping – 50% of price paid
• 121 – 180 days of shipping – 25% of price paid

3. RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please use a trackable method or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and returned to you via the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for us to process your refund.
